I’ve never had a worse hotel experience. The charges felt unfair, and the price kept changing depending on which hotel manager I spoke with. There was no transparency or consistency, which is completely unacceptable.

The rooms were average, and the water wasn’t very hot. Still, it was a decent place to stay, with the station and bus stand nearby.

The toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. Please renovate the room, as heavy leakage happens whenever it rains. The water taps are broken and should be replaced.

I stayed with my family on June 04 and June 05 in room no 101, an AC triple bed room. The location is the only reason to stay here, close to both the bus stand and railway station. Cleanliness was just average. There was no hot water, no shower in the toilet, and the toilet was very dirty and not cleaned properly. If you want neat and clean wash rooms and toilet, never book this hotel.

We had to pick this hotel as a last resort after a late night check-in. The rooms need renovation and have water damage, and the restrooms weren’t maintained well. There was no hot water, only warm water in the morning, and the staff behaved poorly. A major red flag was that they didn’t give us enough time to check out, even during the off season.
