The rooms didn't match the pictures, and staff were rude. I stayed for 36 hours, with a 6-hour power cut in the area. There was no backup except for the light, so I couldn't charge my phone or use other electronic equipment.

We were told breakfast came with the booking, but none was provided. The room was tiny and poorly maintained, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock from inside. After a lot of back and forth, staff let us stay, but one comment, “Aap log dekh lena agar police aa jaaye toh”, made things feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I'd booked for two guests, yet the receptionist insisted it was for one and wouldn't let the second person check in. Staff also made unnecessary trouble over local IDs and at one point asked one of us to leave. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying only one person could stay, despite the booking being for two. A very unpleasant, unprofessional experience with rude staff and unreliable management. I wouldn't recommend it.

For an affordable price, the room was nice. The service and support from the staff were very good compared with other hotels.

I booked through the agoda app with breakfast included, but breakfast was the same each day, poha and jalebi. The rooms need an upgrade, and Google should show real hotel photos. The front-of-hotel photo posted here is fake, and the rooms aren't as clean as they look in the uploaded pictures. The TV didn't work, and toiletries only arrived after I asked many times.
