The location was the only decent part of the stay. The rooms and bedspreads were dirty, and the whole experience was very bad. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but poha and tea came with an extra 200 added during booking.

It wasn't clean. Fab hotel also seems to play games with travellers, changing their bookings and moving them to lower-grade hotels.

At Hotel Surbhi, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating, always doing extra to make sure I had what I needed. The room was spotless, well equipped, and had a comfortable bed. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bhopal.

Basic services weren't provided, and the bed and pillow were dirty with hairs on them. I had paid extra for breakfast when I booked, but they didn't give it to me. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

During my five-day stay, breakfast was just tea and poha each day, and they didn't even provide it on checkout day. They only go through the motions with breakfast. A very bad hotel.
