The elevator was broken and in such bad condition that I felt it was unsafe to use. I stayed just one night, but the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. The room I was given felt like the worst in the hotel, and the bedsheets were visibly dirty when I arrived. When I asked for a change, the receptionist asked, “Is it too dirty, or is it adjustable?” That’s unacceptable for basic hospitality. I had to follow up five or six times before anyone came to replace them. There was also an unfair charge for a water bottle. It was already in the room at check-in, and the next day I saw they’d charged well above the MRP. The bottle was unused, so I tried to return it, but staff refused, saying it had already been billed and couldn’t be refunded. Between the safety hazard, poor hygiene and petty overcharging, the service was abysmal. If Google allowed a negative rating, I’d gladly give one. Avoid this place at all costs.

The food menu was delicious, and the staff were polite, professional and always keen to help. Our room was spotless, cozy and well cared for, and the location made getting around easy. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Oasis. Highly recommended for travelers.

The food was my biggest concern. The utensils were in poor condition, and I found insects in the food twice, which raises serious hygiene and safety concerns. When we told the higher authorities, they did nothing, and the owner simply denied the issue instead of handling the complaint professionally. I had a very unpleasant stay at The oasis in Bhopal, especially since it’s part of a corporate tie-up. Basic amenities were missing too: there was no kettle in the room and not even a dustbin. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The receptionist persuaded me to book online, saying I could request early check-in in the comments. When I arrived, he refused and charged me another Rs 800 for it, even though there was no early check-in rate listed. Poor service. I wouldn't recommend staying at Fabhotels Oasis, Bhopal.

We had lots of fun staying here. The room was clean and nice, and the food was good too, though service took a while.
