OYO 27611 Hotel Shree Regency

There was no way to cancel or get a refund, even though the room was nothing like the online photos. It was poorly cleaned, the toilet was unacceptable, and hygiene and maintenance were far below my expectations. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, dependable stay.

There is a lift, which is handy for coming and going at any time. The rooms are okay, but the sheets and blanket had already been used, the washroom was only so-so, and the water was dirty. The AC didn't work, and nobody responded to my complaint. I stayed three days without room service or housekeeping, so the room got dirty. They also provided no toiletries or towel.

The rooms are decent, but they're not being kept up. There were mosquitoes, and the repellent chemical had run out. Even after I asked repeatedly, they didn't replace it, so I had to buy my own. The toilet seat was cracked, the jet hook was broken and left the pipe on the floor, and the toilet needed a deep clean. Management seems unwilling to spend even a little on upkeep.

They have 100 rooms, but the maintenance is practically zero. The hygiene is awful, with so many mosquitoes that you can't sleep and might even catch dengue. You can barely pay 300 rs for rooms like these. Forget about hot water or ventilation.
