Housr Wakad Pune Hinjawadi Road

I spent two months here and had a persistent smell to deal with in this unhygienic place, right in front of a busy main road. The food was extremely poor, and I got food poisoning twice. Some of my belongings were stolen, but management took no responsibility. The water wasn’t potable, and commercial electricity rates made the stay quite expensive. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere and saving yourself the trouble.

I booked for the 18th of January, then arrived early on the 19th at 6:00 AM. There was no electricity in the room, and I needed to freshen up before work. Instead, a security guard, not proper reception staff, told me they had to “recharge” the power. It took 20 minutes for them to turn it on, which is unacceptable for a hotel that should be ready for guests at any hour. The room was poorly maintained and unhygienic. Having a guard handle check-in also showed a lack of professionalism and poor management. It was a deeply disappointing stay, with no reliability and bad upkeep. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about basic comfort and professionalism.

We planned to stay for three days and arrived late at night, but there was no receptionist, just a security guard. Both rooms we were given were in a terrible state, and changing rooms didn’t help. The sheets weren’t clean and had hair all over the bed, while the walls had patches. The restroom was dirty, and the fan creaked all night. It seemed they don’t clean after someone checks out. The place was badly maintained, and management didn’t seem interested in making a good impression. I left on the first day. I can’t speak for the other reviews, but this co-living place was nothing like what I’d seen described. Stay here if you want to waste money and lose your peace of mind.

I had a comfortable three-night stay at Housr Pune. The rooms were clean and simple, and the setup made things easy and stress-free. A good choice for a short, well-managed stay in Pune.
