I paid for two nights but left after just one. The pillows were in awful condition, and the rooms were tiny, unclean, and not good. There was an open exhaust window in the bathroom where rats could come and go. I asked them to cover it with cardboard or something, but they said they couldn't.

The staff were courteous and did their best to serve us within their limitations. The rooms were small and the floor lobby smelled of smoke, though. With no elevator, getting upstairs would be a serious challenge for senior citizens. It's in a narrow lane beside the railway line, the location isn't very conducive, and parking is difficult. I'd caution families against choosing this hotel.

We ended up staying only because they said our booking couldn't be refunded. The manager was rude, argued with us, and said we had to leave until we paid an extra mattress charge. He also claimed it wasn't check-in time and we'd have to pay more, though we'd clearly given our check-in time when booking and nothing had said anything about check-in or check-out times. They'd quoted 1700 for one room for two adults and one child under 18, then still demanded extra for the child's mattress. We switched to a larger second room where we didn't need a mattress, but they charged us for it anyway. The staff were untrained and aggressive. The room shown in the picture was small, with dirty, unwashed sheets. The washroom was cramped and stinky, there were no bins in either room or washroom, and we asked to change rooms. Breakfast had been included, but the female staff member rudely asked us to pay extra. When we ordered, she didn't mention charges. At billing she said only one alu ka pratha was complimentary and we had to pay for two prathe and two chai. Worst hotel, please don't even consider going. You'll regret it.

The photos were far from what we found on arrival. There were cockroaches and insects on the bed, and the toilet was filthy. We asked for insect spray but got an empty bottle. In the morning, insects were crawling on the bed again. I've never had such a horrible experience.
