Breakfast was good, and I had a memorable stay that I'd happily repeat. The room and bathroom were large and had all the amenities. A few things needed attention: the floor tiles looked worn, the bathroom fan didn't work, the shower's hot and cold controls were reversed, and the Wi-Fi was slow.

The stay was bad enough that I'm lodging a complaint. Water began coming through the ceiling around midnight, which was inconvenient and felt unsafe. No one on staff took charge right away. They eventually shifted me to a different room, but it smelled strongly and wasn't suitable either. The first room was in very poor condition as well. I posted a video of what happened. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for guests here for work or events. I want the hotel to act on these problems and provide suitable compensation for the disruption. Incidents like this seriously hurt its reputation, and I hope they don't happen again.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the rooms were clean, looked after, and had the necessary amenities. It felt comfortable and relaxing, with a pleasant atmosphere for either a short or longer stay. A very good place to stay.

The staff at Hotel ARK were really cordial and supportive, and the property itself is beautiful. It's in a fantastic location, too. I had a great, comfortable stay and would recommend it.

The food was awful, and the service felt like they only wanted to take your money. There was no hospitality or value for money.
