The bathroom floods after a shower because there’s no separation between the shower and toilet. You have to wait for it to dry before using it again, and the hotel expects guests to mop up the water with a floor wiper themselves. There are serious safety and hygiene problems throughout. The wooden floor was broken with nails sticking out, the tiles were cracked, and loose sockets could cause an electric shock. The room had mold on the walls, a strong damp smell, a pungent bathroom odor, a broken bathroom lock, and a dirty towel. For two people, they supplied only one small soap. The agent, Keshav Gupta from FabHotel, promised a smart TV, but it was only a tiny old LED TV. The room was in terrible condition. I found this place unsafe and badly managed, unsuitable for children, families, or solo travelers. The positive online reviews seem fake or paid because they don’t reflect the reality. The online photos and reviews are misleading, so please avoid this hotel. I booked through the FabHotel agent Keshav Gupta, and it turned out to be one of my worst experiences.

The room was neat and clean, and everything worked. I really liked the hotel, and the staff and manager were all very good. Fab Hotel provides the best service.

We hope to come back and see this hotel again soon. The staff are amazing and cooperative.

The stay was good, but the place needs more cleanliness and renovation. I paid 2059 and wasn’t given a bill for that amount, only a receipt for 1790. Why?
