The rooms are large, but that’s about the only positive. Mine wasn’t clean, and the bed had no linens, just a dirty bare mattress and quilt. The room also didn’t look like the pictures. On day 2 I woke up to droppings across the room, including the bed, my suitcase, and the floor. Who knows what was crawling on me overnight. There was a western toilet, but no shower, only a bucket, and the television didn’t work. We were told food was available, though the hotel has no kitchen and gets it from elsewhere, which isn’t itself a problem. But when we asked about breakfast, they said the place didn’t open until 11am. They don’t seem to put much effort in. Maybe they don’t care about giving guests a nice experience, or just don’t know how. If they did make an effort, it could be okay.

The view from the window was stunning, and the room was quiet, spacious, and spotless. It was well furnished, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful during my stay. I had a fantastic, hassle-free visit and would highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The location is good and the rooms are spacious, but I ran into plenty of problems. The AC cooling was very poor, and the free dish service worked, but not DTH or anything else. The TV remote didn’t work either. I told the person at reception, but nothing was fixed. I’d booked a room with breakfast and got two pranthas, one stuffed with alloo and one plain. There was also one main MCB at reception, and at one point someone switched it off and back on. A very bad experience.

The room was really big, and I’d recommend it for families too. The food was good and the staff were very supportive. An awesome stay.
