A very bad, unhygienic property. The washroom and bedsheets were dirty, the workers were third class, and the staff were especially awful. I'll never visit again.

Low rent, good hospitality, and a good hotel.

The treatment was so bad during our two-day stay. They didn't give us a towel, and getting food or even tea took an hour. They gave us a hetar for one day but charged 400 Rs.

A nice hotel for families, friends, and couples. The staff are very good, and it was the best stay in Ludhiana.

We stayed for just one night, but still didn't get the bill on time. I reminded them three times over 12 hours, and each time they told me to wait another 30 minutes. A very bad experience.
