The Palm Court

We held our children's first birthday party at Over the moon. Honestly, the food was good, but the service wasn't. We'd booked everything ahead and asked for the menu. The e-menu showed different prices from the printed bill, and they charged us 100 rupees extra on everything. We also ordered a dark chocolate brownie shake and found a mosquito in it. When we questioned the girl, she said, “Show me the mosquito.” What kind of response is that? I'm totally dissatisfied. Deepak yadav, the man at reception, was so rude and had no manners. Very unprofessional. We have proof.

I was very disappointed by this bad experience. When we asked for dinner, the staff told us to pay the bill first, which was embarrassing. They also left out several dishes we'd selected, including PANEER. At first they refused to provide it, then only said sorry, which wasn't enough. We paid for 40 people, even though only 32 guests were there. I'd planned a function for 17 Feb, but now I won't come back, and I'll tell others not to come either. I want to take strong action against the staff so nobody else has to suffer. If zero stars were possible, I'd happily give that.

At Palm Court, we found a house fly in a brownie shake, which raises serious concerns for me about food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness. The menu items we ordered also didn't match the final bill, which felt misleading and lacked transparency. On top of that, manager Mr. Deepak Yadav was rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns politely, his behavior left us feeling harassed and uncomfortable. It made for a highly unpleasant experience. I expect management to take this seriously and address the problems promptly. I wouldn't recommend the place unless it makes significant improvements.

For weddings, receptions, or family gatherings in Ludhiana, The Palm Court Palace is a spacious, beautiful venue. The outdoor area adds charm, and the interiors are elegant. Its banquet halls were well maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff were professional and polite. There's plenty of parking, and the atmosphere has a royal feel.
