The location is handy, right by the railway station, and the rooms were clean with no issues. Staff were friendly and the owner kindly accommodated our very late check-in and check-out. They provide service around the clock.

The rooms were neat and clean, including the toilets. I had two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom. Mr.Prakash arranged the rooms for me at the doorstep, and I'm thankful to Mr.Niyaz (From Madikeri) for recommending the hotel. There’s a lift for older people as well as stairs. Each room comes with a water bottle, and you can buy extra bottles at reception. Soft drinks are available too. Parking underground is limited but safe; parking in front of the hotel for cars or a Tempo Traveler also felt secure. A small morning tiffin centre is beside the hotel, and Udupi Grand Restaurant is nearby with excellent tiffin items. There are also Chinese and Tandoori foods around. The railway station is about 1.5km away, and Mysore Palace is nearby.

The staff's behaviour was awful, and the place is overpriced. They don't seem to care about customer feedback. I'd skip it and look for a better room nearby.

It only took about 15 minutes to walk from Mysuru junction railway station, around 1.2KM. I checked in at 3 am on 21/09/2024 and paid 1000/- for a Non A/C single room. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable for a sound sleep, and the toilet was tidy with no bad odour. The receptionist made check-in quick and hassle-free. The one problem was the broken toilet lock in Room No 106.
