The toilet was flooding, and no water came through the shower. The old rooms felt unhygienic, and there weren't enough cleaning staff. Toothpaste, soap, and shampoo weren't properly provided, with only a single soap supplied once, an Imox soap. There's a bar downstairs, and I didn't feel safe there. For a family, this is the worst; it doesn't feel like a hotel and nobody seems to care.

We booked through OYO (Booking ID: LQEA7720) and reached on 14/01/2026 at about 2:30 PM. There was nobody at reception, and after nearly an hour waiting with my family, we had to leave for another hotel. Later, at around 10:00 PM, I came back to ask for a refund and explain what happened. Staff refused and spoke abusively, which was humiliating in front of my family. OYO customer care was no help either. Every call went to IVR and disconnected without resolving anything. This showed poor hotel management and no accountability, along with terrible support from OYO. I'd strongly advise people not to pay in advance when booking through OYO. If check-in goes wrong, neither the hotel nor OYO will support you or refund you. Highly disappointed, and I'll never recommend this hotel or OYO.

The hotel is beside the bar, and it's near the bus depot, which is a plus. Rooms are a decent size but not especially clean, with dirty walls and stained sheets. Service was acceptable, but there's no breakfast or food at the hotel. My experience was unsatisfactory.

At midnight, three families with confirmed OYO bookings were denied check-in. The booking had been cancelled without telling us, and the manager was extremely rude. We ended up arguing for more than an hour, which was stressful and unacceptable. It seemed to us that the property was deliberately refusing online bookings and trying to get extra money from guests on arrival. I strongly don't recommend it. Avoid this place if you don't want to lose money, time, and peace of mind.
