The rooms were just average and nowhere near worth the price. They didn't provide complimentary water bottles or even basic hospitality essentials. During peak summer, the power was out for over an hour, leaving us without lights, a fan or AC. There was no exhaust or proper ventilation, so the room was suffocating and uncomfortable. Then they charged extra for a checkout delay of just two hours, which should have been handled more professionally or waived given the inconvenience during our stay. Very disappointing service and poor guest management. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location was quiet and suited what I needed. The room itself was in rough shape: mold in the bathroom, a stained couch, torn sheets, and a rusty shower that barely worked. There wasn’t any toilet paper, even though an empty roll was sitting in the bathroom.

I had a good stay and liked the property and service. Amit at hotel yellow courtyard s reception was especially friendly and cheerful, really the best person there.

The large washroom was clean, the AC was new, and being near the market made it easy to find cabs. The staff were polite, though they seemed unable to help with anything. The rest was a long list of problems: dirty sheets, crumbled and dirty pillows, stained bath towels, and a torn blanket. There was no bottled water, no kitchen or pantry, no wardrobe, and no hangers. The door handles were broken and the lock cards didn’t work properly. Even the complimentary breakfast meant walking 100 meters to get it. FAB HOTELS, BOOKING.COM AND MAKE MY TRIP should remove this hotel from their listings.

The rooms and bedroll were very dirty. We asked them to change the bedroll, but the replacement was dirty too, with stains on it. The receptionist was arrogant, acted oversmart, and wasn’t friendly at all.
