Hotel Arch Manor

Nothing about the service or quality was good. There was no one available to take responsibility or help us, and both the room and the breakfast and dinner were very poor. The whole stay was a bad experience.

The extra charges at checkout made an already stressful stay even worse. We found undisclosed service and resort fees on the bill, and the front desk was evasive when we asked, saying only that it was hotel policy. Throughout the stay, staff were often rude or indifferent, and some seemed more interested in their phones than helping guests. Requests got sighs or eye-rolls, and basic hospitality was missing. The room was dirty, with stained carpets and upholstery, dust in the corners, a poorly scrubbed bathroom, dingy towels, rough sheets, and hair that wasn't ours. Services were unreliable too: room service was slow, brought wrong items or forgot parts of our order, Wi-Fi kept cutting out, hot water was inconsistent, and maintenance took a long time or didn't respond. We were left chasing staff for the basics. The poor organization showed from the start. Check-in, room assignments, and even simple amenities seemed difficult for the hotel to manage. Requests were ignored or met with confusion, and the place felt disorganized and stressful. Our stay at Hotel Arch Munar was a disaster from arrival to departure. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I wish I could give it a -100. For a three-star hotel, or whatever it's supposed to be, this was the worst experience I've had.

The service was poor from start to finish. One food order arrived late, and everything they brought was cold. They also left out what I'd asked for. I called to follow up, but the roti still never came.
