Park Suites

Park Street has a lively feel and plenty of places nearby, but the property itself sits behind a building and we needed help from locals to find it. The hotel feels average and overpriced. It has no real amenities, and the water pressure was so weak that water wouldn't reach the shower, so the solution they offered was a bucket. The bed linen hadn't been cleaned, and I had to ask staff to replace it.

The rooms were really, really spacious, and we loved the service. The staff were all polite, the location was awesome, and breakfast was good. We stayed four days and tried uttapam, idli, upma, cornflakes with milk, Maggie masala, and toast, which they usually serve with everything. The upma was the best, and the Maggie was yummy. USA Visa Biometric is a 2-3 minute walk away, and the interview location is 10 minutes on foot or five minutes by taxi. With the hot weather, we preferred a taxi, which took barely five minutes. I don't have a picture of the whole room, just one corner.

The outside facade isn't much to look at, but that didn't bother me since the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right in the middle of Park Street, next to The Park. Staff were especially polite and humble, ready to help make the stay comfortable. Continental breakfast was really good, and the multi-cuisine restaurant serves tasty food. I also ordered through Zomato, and the deliveries came to the room with cutlery. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone exploring hotels in the area.

A good mid-budget place in a prime, convenient location. The room was nicely done, with a clean bathroom and all the basic amenities. Service was good, and the staff were friendly and professional.
