The caretaker was polite and helpful, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars. The entrance is so bad you may not even want to go in. Inside, the rooms are shabby, with old infrastructure and worn-out furniture. The AC is no good. It’s overpriced, and I’ve stayed in hotels a hundred times better for the same or less.
We only visited for a short time, to freshen up before going to a party with my childhood friends. The staff were really helpful. It was a nice experience. Keep up the good work.
The manager, Mr. Rahul, spoke gently, but the stay had several problems. There was no AC or breakfast, room service was poor, and the hotel’s location wasn’t good. Checkout is fixed at 11 in the morning rather than allowing a full 24 hours. The kitchen area was badly maintained.
The outside breakfast we were given was poor quality and made us sick. Since there’s no kitchen on site, they shouldn’t offer a meal plan. The bathrooms weren’t very clean either, and the staff looked dirty and smelled bad, which made the stay really uncomfortable. I booked five nights through OYO at the price shown, but had to pay Rs.2250 extra and was left dealing with the issue. Worst service.
The manager was especially rude, and nobody seemed to care when I complained about how dirty the room and bathroom were. The service was poor, and I left completely dissatisfied. It’s sad that a hotel like this is still operating. I wouldn’t recommend visiting until these problems are fixed. It doesn’t deserve even one star.
