Fabhotel Stay Inn International

My room was unclean, there was no hot water, and all I got was one small bar of soap. When I asked for shampoo, I was told they didn’t have any. The WiFi also didn’t work for my entire stay. The air conditioning and fan were both malfunctioning, and when I asked to change rooms, they dismissed my concerns. At check-in, staff pressured me to call MakeMyTrip, where I’d booked, and ask them to increase the price. They suggested they wouldn’t let me check in otherwise. They also kept insisting I give a 5-star rating. I’d gladly leave a negative one if that were an option. Staff often asked me for tips without doing any actual service. Breakfast was minimal: one sandwich, a banana, a small juice box, and an egg. I attached a photo for reference. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and positive online reviews may not reflect reality. Staff actively pressure guests to give 5-star ratings and have been known to take guests’ phones and submit reviews themselves.

Dilip adhikari bhaiya was kind and ready to help whenever I needed something during my stay. The hotel is in a great spot, very close to the metro, and my room was clean and hygienic. I’d stay here again.

The washroom was clean, and the staff were courteous and professional. My disappointment was with the room: I booked a premium one for better comfort and amenities, but what I got felt like a standard room. Judging by its setup, I think it was worth around ₹1000-₹1200, rather than the price I paid for a premium experience. I hope management makes the room categories and prices clearer so guests know what they’re getting.

I found a rat in my room. When I reported it, the receptionist said I must have ordered food from outside. That still doesn’t explain why there was a rat in the room.
