OYO 10014 Bishnupur

The rooms were filthy and smelled bad everywhere, more like a brothel than a hotel. When we arrived, the receptionist wouldn't let us check in at the OYO price we'd booked and demanded double. Don't expect hospitality from the staff. Think twice before booking this place.

Getting the blanket took more than six calls to the hotel manager, and the one they finally brought was extremely dirty and smelled awful. The food was terrible and overpriced, the manager's behaviour was beyond words, and the location was bad too. They charged 60% extra for just two hours of early check-in. The AC also wouldn't work until I asked them several times. They'll ask for more money at check-in. Never visit this hotel. Shame on Super OYO Bishnupur.

The location is a bit outside the city and not well known, so I had to depend on Uber and Ola. There were no bus stops or rickshaws nearby. The stay itself was comfortable, though. The staff were helpful, polite, and resourceful, the room was clean and hygienic like other OYO rooms, and breakfast was included and satisfactory. If you like coffee, you might not enjoy the coffee they serve.

I had already booked through OYO and paid ₹200, but when we arrived at night, they claimed there was no booking and asked for another ₹600. The staff are cheats, the room facilities were awful, cockroaches were running around, and the bedsheet was filthy. Don't go to this horrible hotel.
