Hotel Caesars Palace

The restaurant was the best part of Caesars Palace. The food was fresh and excellent, and dining there was amazing. The hotel is beautifully built, with stunning architecture and elegant design throughout, and it's extremely well maintained. Cleanliness was outstanding everywhere, from the lobby to the room, with everything spotless. For a luxurious, memorable, beautiful place to stay in bhopal, nothing is better than Caesars Palace. Highly recommend!

After 5 PM the area gets very quiet, which made me uncomfortable. We also had frequent power cuts, and I couldn’t properly attend an interview I had scheduled during our stay. The food was 1/5, and staff didn’t bother helping with our luggage at checkout. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this property.

The room, food, and service were good, but the manager at reception asked us for another ₹1000 for our dog. Our MakeMyTrip voucher already included the dog charges, and we showed it to him, but he insisted that the charges are always collected separately.

My issue was the bill at checkout. I gave them my GST number before going to breakfast, but the staff member at checkout, who was around 30, didn’t add it. That’s what I meant when I said the billing person at reception didn’t listen. Breakfast was poor and not up to the mark. About the earlier exchange with Rahul Chouksey: the hotel replied after 15 days, saying Hotel Caesars Palace is fully vegetarian and that this is listed on every platform. They also pointed out that I gave cleanliness and hygiene four stars, but gave one star because they don’t serve meat. Their reply said I had asked a receptionist, a man aged around 60, for eggs, shouted when he refused, and then complained that he wouldn’t arrange meat or eggs. I don’t agree with that account of my complaint. I still think the hotel and breakfast were very poor.
