They handled my early breakfast request well. I had work at 7:30 am and, even though the shops were still closed, breakfast arrived on time. Staff were polite, responded with one call, and treated us with respect. At check-in, they couldn't find our reservation, so we waited a few minutes until the manager told them to assign us a room. They should improve their coordination and make the necessary changes.

The peaceful setting near Akriti Ecocity was a real plus. It felt like a quiet break from the city, while Bhopal's attractions and landmarks were still easy to reach. The rooms were comfortable and elegant, with plush beds, tasteful decor, and modern amenities. I also liked the restaurant, where the menu ranged from local dishes to international food, all delicious. Service made a strong impression from the start. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and helped with transport, local recommendations, and special requests. Pride Arena also had a well-equipped fitness center, a spa with rejuvenating treatments, reliable Wi-Fi, and business facilities. I had a delightful stay, with comfort, good food, and calm surroundings. I'd recommend Pride Arena to visitors to Bhopal.

The rooms were wonderfully clean and well maintained, and the staff were great. Mr. Ravi was especially helpful, going beyond what I expected for guests. The price is a little high compared with nearby places, but I'd definitely recommend PRIDE ARENA for a future stay.

It was hard to find the hotel, and the area is in an unusual location. The rooms felt tiny and the ambiance wasn't good. Not a great place.
