OYO 9381 DLF Cyber City

The only good thing was that the AC worked. There was no lift, even to the fourth floor, and no TV, Wi-Fi, or door lock. The rooms, bedsheets, and fan were dirty. There was no AC or regular fan.

Hotel stanley, this was by far my worst experience. They wouldn’t let me use the washroom, and the refusal was rude. They had no clean room, gave me an uncleaned bedsheet, and said towels were unavailable when I asked. The response was basically that this was all they had and I could find somewhere else if I didn’t like it. The hotel is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat customers. Unacceptable.

I was here because it’s very close to Le Meredian Gurugram, where I had a conference and spent all day and night for four nights, returning here mainly to sleep. The bed and attached bathroom were very good. There’s no TV in the room, and finding the hotel is inconvenient: there’s no sign at the entrance, and it’s on the second and fourth floors. My stay here was lucky and fruitful, so I must give it five stars.

It’s okay for a bachelor on a business trip, but I wouldn’t recommend it at all for families. Ask for fresh bedsheets when you arrive. They asked me to pay extra despite the OYO offer already applying, and the location on the map is off, so my Swiggy delivery had trouble finding the place. The basic services were below standard, and I doubt they follow all the OYO standards. It goes by a new name and doesn’t feel like a flagship hotel.
