The road-facing balcony has an awesome view, and the restaurant service is very quick when you call. Staff are cooperative, and the rooms, lobby, and passage areas are kept clean and well maintained. It's newly opened, so all the furniture is new, with a calm, simple theme.

They said cutlery would cost extra, even though it was just a fork and spoon. The packaged drinking water they gave us was a Kensley bottle, and dental kits weren't available. I didn't order anything from Townhouse, but they kept insisting I take the breakfast, which wasn't good.

The only good thing is that there's a Wine Shop right next door. If all you want is somewhere to get drunk, stay here. It's just average service using the Townhouse name and doesn't meet Townhouse standards. I wouldn't recommend it for families or couples.

I've stayed here several times and have loved it every time. It's right on the main road, and choosing a balcony gives you a completely different experience. Really nice place to stay.

They charge guests for breakfast and dinner but don't provide anything. The services are very poor, nobody listens, and I'm highly disappointed with the attitude. Manager Devinder is so rude to guests.
