Trident, Gurgaon

Cilantro was a delight, with Ria’s attentiveness and charm making the meal feel especially thoughtful. Nitesh and Zeeshan from Housekeeping kept my room immaculate and prepared to my preferences. On arrival, Sarash at the Front Desk kindly arranged an upgrade. The Front Office Manager, whose name I regret I can’t recall, handled a few minor concerns efficiently and gracefully. I’ve stayed at some of the finest hotels around the world, and Trident, Gurgaon truly stands out. It’s understated luxury paired with thoughtful service and real hospitality. I’ll remember this stay and highly recommend it.

The early morning noise in the corridor did wake me, which was the one drawback. Otherwise, I was very happy with my stay. I’ve mostly stayed at taj and leela s property, and the staff here were amazing too. Mr. Inder supported me with bookings and looked after my stay really well. Mr Diwas from house house keeping was very sweet.

Bhumika and Malavika in the restaurant were so helpful. When they noticed us struggling with an infant and toddler, they offered to entertain and look after the kids while we ate. At reception, Sagar arranged a late checkout for our late night flight and upgraded our room to make things easier with the children. The whole team were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is beautifully built and maintained, like a palace at night. I stayed with my family, and we came for a stay but left with lovely memories. We really didn’t want to leave, and I highly recommend Trident.

The gardens, pool, gym, and shared spaces are especially lovely and very well cared for. They make the hotel feel like a quiet oasis in the city, and the location still gives you easy access to key parts of Gurgaon. The staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help throughout my stay. My room wasn’t large, but it was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully kept. The calm atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. I’d happily stay here again. One thing I’d change is the menu: more European choices beyond pasta and pizza would be great. Everything else was spotless.
