Mr. Abhishek is usually at the property looking after guests, and he’s polite and helpful. He makes sure concerns are handled as soon as possible. The property is fairly new, has hotel-like amenities, and serves good food. All in all, a worthwhile option for a long-term stay.

It’s been a pleasure staying with ziffy. Abhishek Mishra has done a thorough job managing this property, and I’d like to thank him for his work. Highly recommended.

They didn’t return my security deposit after I left the accommodation, despite the contract terms. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. Think carefully before choosing to stay here.

A cosy place in a good location with a nice ambience. There’s no coffee or tea maker in the room, and kitchen service is limited.

It’s been more than seven months since I checked out, and my security deposit of over 30K still hasn’t been refunded. The staff have stopped responding. #ziffyhomes
