The location was great, hats off for that. But there was no service call for breakfast, and breakfast wasn't made available. I had to remind them several times to bring food to the room. The TV remote was missing, toiletries came only when requested, and the room was cleaned only on request. The water bottles provided were limited to the number of days booked. Service quality was poor.

It was around 10 pm when we left without checking in. I'd booked ahead and came in the evening, but the only room offered was shabby, so we refused it. They had other rooms, yet wouldn't let us check into those, and the staff even told us to leave. Their behavior was awful. I wouldn't suggest staying here with family or friends if you expect a warm welcome.

The bedding and towels were old, and the room was dirty, with stains all over and a mirror that hadn't been cleaned properly. Room service and the staff were okay and helpful. It could work if all you need is somewhere to sleep for a night or two.

The staff were polite and tried to assist, but the hotel's upkeep, cleanliness, and facilities were far below what I expected. When I raised concerns, they moved me to a somewhat better room, though it still wasn't very clean. The larger rooms had stained, moldy sofas, the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, and the TV only worked after they replaced a broken remote. Staff kept saying the larger room was complimentary, but I'd rather have had a clean smaller room. The photos had looked appealing, though the Google reviews were mixed, so I decided to try it. On arrival, several rooms had a damp, unpleasant smell. Some had just been painted and still had fumes, so they weren't suitable. I was traveling with my 68-year-old father, and I couldn't spend 3 days in those conditions, especially after paying a premium. I won't choose this hotel again, and hope management takes these problems seriously.
