The food was very good, and the staff were humble with great service. The hall was clean and well decorated, with plenty of seating at round tables and sofas. Families also have a small open cabin with sofas on three sides and a large table. The washrooms were clean too. Parking was a little difficult because two programs were happening.

We recently booked one of the clean, well-kept banquets for our engagement. Mrs. Aman coordinated with us from the start right through the occasion, and the food and service were excellent. Highly recommended for family functions and a stay.

The food was delicious, and Mr Amandeep Singh provided great service when I booked a hall for a birthday party. Amandeep Singh arranged the Mira Hall, which was decorated beautifully. Captain waiter Suraj was also a good, experienced waiter. I fully recommend it.

We booked two rooms for four nights, from 12th to 16th Nov 25, and had confirmation over Whatsapp. But at 9 PM, the hotel refused to give us the two rooms and offered only one, asking us to adjust for a night. It was a very difficult situation, so we declined and moved to another hotel. This was completely unprofessional. When I said I'd complain, they showed no concern. I asked to speak to the manager, and the desk officer called them and spoke on the phone in a joking manner while we stood there, as if we were jokers. It felt as though they were doing us a favor by letting us stay for free. Absolutely disgusting behavior and attitude. I would never recommend staying here.

We come here for all our family functions and kitty parties. The warm hospitality and great food are always a pleasure. Idli chaat is a must-try. Special thanks to Miss Aman and Mr Ramesh ji for all their efforts!
