Fabhotel Prime K9 Crown

I left with just one plain paratha wrapped in foil with pickle, which was nowhere near enough. I'd waited past 9:00 a.m., then spent another 10 minutes at reception without finding any staff before checking out. The kitchen had supposedly been opening at 8:30, though I'd told reception the day before that I needed breakfast by 8:00 because I was leaving early for Chandigarh. They'd assured me it would be arranged. When I asked for something quick, staff mentioned aloo paratha, bread and butter, and coffee, but then said the bread hadn't arrived and promised parathas in 10 minutes. The agent who booked my room by phone had said breakfast would be a buffet; at check-in, the receptionist said it would instead be room service from 7:30 a.m. I was charged ₹350 for breakfast when booking, even though what was promised wasn't delivered. The room service was awful, and staff were misleading guests. This stay was disappointing and fell short of what booking had led me to expect. I hope this is taken seriously and that communication, service, and guest handling improve.
