Chandra Imperial

Stay away if you’re coming with family. We booked a triple occupancy room for 3 adults and 1 kid, checked in around 3PM on 1st Jan, and requested the extra bed included in our booking. I went to reception three times. The receptionist kept saying someone would bring it, but it never arrived, so we all slept in one bed. The toilet flush took around 15 minutes to work again. I also saw several people complaining about their rooms at reception. One man came down wearing only a towel and argued with staff about water problems in his room. This felt like a very unprofessional place to stay, and we left frustrated.

The engagement party was the highlight of our stay. The event space looked beautiful and was arranged just right, and the banquet team kept everything running smoothly. Our guests praised the food and the elegant atmosphere, and the whole celebration felt easy and stress-free. From catering to the event coordinator, everyone helped make the day memorable. We were also well looked after in the rooms. They were immaculate, nicely decorated, and had what we needed. The staff greeted us warmly and paid close attention throughout our visit. Thank you to the hotel team, and to Manager Gs chouhan, for making this milestone so special. We’d happily recommend the hotel for a stay or an event.

I wasn’t satisfied with my stay at the Jodhpur hotel. Room 407 had two single beds pushed together, with two separate mattresses, instead of the king size bed I expected, and that was uncomfortable. The shower fitting and drainage were poor, and despite following up regularly, we never got Wi-Fi. The restaurant is purely vegetarian, which made dinner difficult for us, and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t entirely good. Room service was poor as well. This doesn’t feel like a four star property.

The food was the best part of our two day stay. We ordered dal bati choorma and Haldi ki sabji, and both were amazing. The staff were kind, and it’s definitely a nice place to eat.
