My family and I loved our stay at Shiv Hari Heritage Jodhpur. We enjoyed the local tour, including Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, and Umaid Bhawan Palace, and the food was delicious, especially the R Rajasthan cuisine. The beautiful gardens and stunning R Rajasthan architecture made the place special, too. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They looked after our needs and shared helpful tips about places to see in the city. I'd give it 5 stars and recommend it to anyone planning a Jodhpur trip 😊

I was here on a business trip, and the comfortable, well-equipped rooms and good Wi-Fi made the stay convenient. The staff were professional and helpful, responding promptly and keeping things hassle-free. The conference facilities had modern equipment and a professional setup. Food was good, with a range of choices including local R Rajasthan cuisine, though I found the breakfast buffet a bit limited. Shiv Hari Heritage Jodhpur worked very well for my business stay in Jodhpur.

The price was very good, and they respond to booking enquiries at any time. My room and the bathroom were clean, and the bathroom was very nice. Everything else was okay, but parking is a problem: if you have a four-wheeler, you need to leave it 200 meters away.

The staff and managers provided superb service and can arrange local transport for sightseeing. The location also makes it easy to get to the Ghantaghar market. I didn't try the food, but the spacious rooms were clean and high quality, and the recently renovated facilities were excellent. One thing to know: auto-rickshaw fares in Jodhpur are higher than in other cities.

The room and bathroom were a 3.5/5 for me, but the location was 2/5, staff 1/5, and breakfast 1/5. For this family trip, I booked three nights with breakfast through Goibibo for ₹18,800. I was travelling with my wife and our 7-year-old son. The hotel is in a very narrow lane, and the dirty street around it made getting in uncomfortable. On arrival, staff said breakfast wasn't showing in their system. I had to call Goibibo three times before that got sorted out. The next morning there were only three breakfast items, and we could choose just one. We picked poha, but its taste was awful and it was inedible. Housekeeping was poor as well. Our room wasn't cleaned one day, and on the second day it only got cleaned after we asked 3-4 times. No mineral water was supplied during the last two days. At checkout they charged ₹42 for one litre of Bisleri water, which felt disappointing and unreasonable. Considering what we paid and what we expected for a family stay, the experience was unsatisfactory. My weather recommendation is an absolute no.
