Hotel Spring Vilas

The manager's rude way of speaking and disrespectful language made this a terrible experience. He seemed to care about name and price, not customers, ethics, or basic decency. When we booked a farewell party, we were given one amount, then at payment they changed their position and pressured us to pay more, leading to needless arguments. To me, it felt like planned fraud rather than a misunderstanding. There also seemed to be a nexus with the decoration team, with extra charges deliberately added without consent. Nothing felt transparent, and it seemed designed to extract more money at the last moment. There was no professionalism or accountability. A complete disappointment. I'd never recommend this place, and anyone who values their money, time, and self-respect should avoid it.
