We spent three nights at Royal Paradise Resort. It was clean, beautiful, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and quick, responsive service. The receptionist also helped us arrange an auto through their contacts. Getting around may be tricky without your own vehicle. The resort is quite far from Ajmer railway station and sits on the highway, where many auto and cab drivers hesitate to pick up or drop off. The location is calm if you do have your own transport. During our stay the swimming pool was under construction, and the TV in one of our two rooms wasn't working. Staff said it couldn't be fixed while we were there. Aside from those two disappointments, everything else was good. A nice stay if you want peace and have your own vehicle.

I was exhausted from driving all night, so I called about early check-in. Mr. Girdharji, the manager I spoke with, told me not to book online and to come straight to the property to pay. I was very tired and didn't question it then, which was partly my own mistake. Mr. Girdharji had left by the time I arrived, and I didn't reconfirm every detail at check-in, including the extra bed and breakfast. I was later told both cost extra, even though the online platform showed the same room price with an extra bed and complimentary breakfast. The resort manager did offer 50% off the breakfast we ordered, but I still paid for something that would have been free with an online booking. The whole thing felt misleading and unprofessional. I'd strongly advise future guests to book through official online platforms and get everything confirmed in writing. Be careful before paying directly.

The breakfast area was dirty, with a bad damp smell and dust on the chairs and tables. The food was awful, and staff seemed completely unprofessional, like they were running a low-grade dharamshala instead of a hotel. They charged ₹900 for four cups of tea and two butter toasts, yet the tea didn't taste worth ₹15. A total waste of money. The place looked nothing like the pictures on MMT or Google. My worst hotel experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We paid everything in advance, so there was no real option to switch hotels. The rooms smelled, and all of them were smoking rooms. For a family of four, they provided only one litre of bottled water in the room, and anything extra was RO water. They said breakfast would be served in the room, but it took almost an hour and at least five calls. The hotel was badly short-staffed. The blanket covers were dirty and used, and there was no secondary lock inside the room.

It's a convenient, budget-friendly hotel, and I booked a family room for the night of 31st. Some basics need work: there was no hot water, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and I had concerns about staff handling and food hygiene.
