Mithran Residency

The rooms are average, and the service is only just adequate. The place doesn’t seem well maintained, and the price feels high for what you get. Mosquitoes made it hard to sleep at night. I’d look elsewhere if you want a proper rest.

There’s no restaurant, complimentary breakfast, or anything like that, yet they charge too much. They quoted 1000 for a ground-floor room, which was horrible and not worth even 500 a night to me. The upper-floor rooms cost 1300, even though they look the same apart from being one floor up. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We needed a hotel for a visit to SRM University and, after searching, chose Mithran Residency for two nights. It was comfortable and good value for money, with very clean rooms and toilets and very good staff.

The hotel looks good, the rooms are decent, and the service is good. There aren’t any deal-breaking downsides, but don’t expect royal service. I’d definitely recommend it.
