The Delux Rooms were okay, but Superior rooms felt much too small for the price. There was hardly any ventilation, even two people would struggle, and there was no room for an extra bed. There was nowhere suitable for chauffeurs to stay or rest, and parking was not worthwhile either. It got jammed when leaving at a critical time during the function. The staff generally weren’t very lively or sharp, though Ms NIKITA, Front Office Guest Asst, was patient, humble, respectful, and reasonably committed, and picked things up quickly. I appreciate her. We chose Citrus classic, Mambakkam because it was very close to the Wedding venue. At first, there were major gaps and misunderstandings around booking the rooms. Once Mr Gowtham Raj, GM got involved, things went smoothly. We booked as many as 20 rooms, and Gowtham was accommodating, understanding, and responsive 24 × 7 until we checked out. My thanks and best wishes to him. It was 4.5 worth the purpose for us.

The breakfast was excellent and the price was reasonable. Service was really good, and the hotel staff konoti and anjali were good.

The place was hygienic and the staff were good. Hindi-speaking staff were available, the food service was excellent, and miss anjali and konoti behaved very politely.

We stayed as a family and had a great time. The food was great, the rooms were clean, and the amenities and room service were sufficient for the price. They’ve only recently opened and were still sorting out a few small issues, but staff took care of each one, so it wasn’t a hassle. The staff were polite and cooperative. I’d definitely choose them if I needed a hotel in this area.
