The rooms were okay, but they weren’t clean, and there were holes in the bed sheets. Hot water was usually unavailable. You also have to buy water bottles separately. Service was very poor, especially the way staff communicated. It wasn’t worth the money.

The bathroom at Harsha Comfort had a strong rotten egg smell, and there was no hot water at all during my stay. I also found a bed bug in the visibly dirty sheets. The room had no AC or TV remotes. I reported everything, then waited over 2 hours for a response, but my concerns still weren’t handled satisfactorily. The stay was extremely unpleasant, with cleanliness and service below even basic standards.

We were traveling with our one-year-old when the hotel canceled our confirmed booking while we were already on the way. They showed no consideration for our plans, and we were left without a room, scrambling to find somewhere else with an infant. We couldn’t check in on time, and the whole situation was stressful and unpleasant. Service was nonexistent, and the staff showed no empathy. I’d never recommend this place, especially for families.

They don’t provide proper service or communication, and you can’t count on getting a room when you need it. They may cancel after your check-in time and basically throw you out. I never felt comfortable staying there. If negative infinity were an option, that’s what I’d give.
