The location was good, but the surrounding area was dirty and the reception looked poorly maintained. I came to reserve a room, but the room itself put me off: it was cramped, the blankets were untidy, the mattress was hard, the walls were cracked, and there was an unpleasant smell. I decided not to take it.

We found the location convenient for travelers, and the polite staff and peaceful atmosphere made our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the hospitality was commendable. Green View Doon Hotel was great value for money.

The washroom was in especially bad shape, unhygienic and poorly maintained, with a stained toilet and mold in the shower corners. Basic toiletries were missing, some taps didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken, and the flush didn’t work either. In the room, the bedsheets looked used and there was a musty smell that made it uncomfortable. It was a total waste of time, money, and mood. BIG ZERO FROM MY SIDE.

From the moment you arrive at Hotel Green View, the staff’s warm hospitality makes the stay feel memorable. It lives up to its reputation for good service and accommodations. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a very good spot on the way to Mussoorie, and free parking is available. They also arrange separate accommodation for staff. The staff behaved well, and the price is negotiable, so with a little effort you may be able to get it reduced.
