It was a very, very bad experience, and the hotel is difficult to reach. We booked two rooms, but one of the rooms they gave us was terrible. I had to call reception 100 times for water. There was no hot water even though it was 10°C, and water was leaking in the room.
The staff's behaviour was pathetic. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. Staying here wasted my energy, time, and peace of mind.
