Vishranti Canal Road

The customer service was super good, with good employees, and the restaurant was amazing. The views were good too. Rooms are spacious and planned well, though the sheets and pillow covers are average, and the old towels aren't spotless. Cleanliness is poor: my feet would turn black if I walked barefoot. The corridor was unclean as well. Internet is only average, fine for casual use but not important calls. Power cuts come and go quickly, but the AC has to be switched on again each time. Staff are good but need training. It's a good property with below-average maintenance. I'd have stayed longer if hygiene and internet were better. I might return if cleanliness improves; internet is manageable for a personal trip but not business. This is an average experience if cleanliness doesn't bother you. Don't be swayed by overhyped reviews; they asked more than once for one. I've tried to give a balanced view, and management could fix these problems if they took them seriously.

I stayed at Hotel Vishranti from May 14 to 17 and enjoyed it. The view from my room was peaceful and added a lot to the visit. Mr. Sunder Bisht managed things thoughtfully, and Mr. Amrish Kumar made us feel at home with delicious food and drinks. I'd strongly recommend Hotel Vishranti to anyone coming to Dehradun for its comfort and hospitality.

The front office staff were attentive and supportive, and the rooms and beds were comfortable. Breakfast didn't have many choices, though the items were made nicely. Wifi was patchy, but mobile network worked fine, so it wasn't a problem for me. Thanks for a great stay.

The atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious. Mr.Rupinder chauhan was especially friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. They made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
