The one difficulty is that there isn’t a shop nearby, and the market is about 02 to 03 km from the hotel. The staff and food were good, though, and I liked the positive feel and view from my balcony room. Beautiful hotel and ambience, and overall a good experience.

Don’t be fooled by the photos, this was a total waste of money. The location and view are the only decent parts. Cold air kept coming into the rooms because they aren’t built for the weather, and basic hospitality standards were missing. The breakfast quality was pathetic and hardly worth mentioning.

The pictures make Vista Hills Mussoorie look great, but the reality was very different. We had a really disappointing stay. The rooms hadn’t been properly cleaned, basic hygiene wasn’t maintained, and we even found stains on the bedsheets. That was unacceptable.

The location was just right, with a beautiful view. Everything was perfect, from the tasty food to the excellent hospitality.

My guest was moved to a different hotel even though the booking had been made 01 month Before. They showed ZERO LIABIALITY towards Travel Agents as well. Beware of this fraud Hotel, it isn’t worth this price range. You can find very good option with better management. ( GUEST NAME : MR. GANESH KHIRSAGAR )
