Miss Sayani at reception deserves special credit. She was courteous, friendly, and professional, and from my first day to my last she stayed patient, welcoming, and ready to help. She answered questions with a smile and made a 45-day stay smooth and stress-free. Her attitude and dedication add real value, and she’s an asset to the organization. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained throughout my time at the hotel in Chennai. Housekeeping was regular and efficient, and the atmosphere always felt pleasant and safe. Staff across the hotel were polite, helpful, professional, and cooperative, making sure guests were comfortable. Their service reflects good hospitality and strong management. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Chennai. I’d choose it again.

We stayed for 45 days. The ambiance was nice, breakfast was good, and the hotel was good value for money. All the staff were very supportive.

The restaurant served good food, and the service was good as well. Rooms were clean and good, though their price felt high for the room size and location. The hotel is near Kelambakkam, far from Chennai central but closer to the coastline.

The pool was big enough and well maintained, and the office table and chair in the room came in handy. Cleanliness was excellent, and staff responded quickly to requests, making good use of the available facilities. Breakfast was included and nice, with good options for kids. We stayed two days in a deluxe room and had a really good experience. It suited both business and family stays. A few things fell short: the fridge was being repaired, so there wasn’t one in the room. They provided an extra bed but no cot or bed stand, which could be uncomfortable for elderly guests. The toilet in the changing room near the pool was locked, which was inconvenient. Aside from that, things met expectations. I’d recommend the hotel to others.
