At The Hill Castle, the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, and the hotel felt peaceful and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The fresh, delicious, well-prepared food made the stay even better. We had a wonderful time in Gangtok and would gladly stay here again. I'd recommend it to people visiting the area.

The food tasted homemade and full of flavor, and the staff were warm, friendly, and eager to help. Our room at The Hill Castle was cozy and comfortable, making it a nice place to unwind. It's budget-friendly while still offering comfort and good hospitality. A peaceful, pleasant stay in the hills, highly recommended.

The room was filthy and smelled bad. When I asked for it to be cleaned or changed, they started abusing us and picking a fight. Worst homestay I've stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it. Worst experience.

I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the great view from the balcony. The location was convenient for sightseeing, and everything was well maintained. My room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a good mix of comfort and style. The staff were welcoming and quick to help, and the in-house restaurant had delicious food with plenty of choices. It was a delightful stay, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, memorable visit.

The food was really tasty, and the hospitality was excellent. Hotel The Hill Castle has a lovely atmosphere and very polite, pleasant staff. The young lady manager deserves a special mention. I'd recommend a visit to this hotel in Gangtok.
