Hotel N.M.R.Plaza

We booked a suite, but it wasn’t clean, the TV didn’t work, and the door locks weren’t working either. They said there was a jacuzzi in the bathroom, but there was no water, so how could it work? After coming back late from a wedding, I stood outside for 30 minutes with the doors locked before they opened the gate. The worst experience ever. They charge you like it’s a five star hotel but don’t value it even as a one star.

Nice hotel at a normal price. The staff were polite, the food was delicious, and room service was good and on time. The rooms and bathrooms were clean too.

Service came quickly, but the staff seemed unprofessional and the food quality fell short. The rooms were good.

The reception staff were very rude on the phone. They confirmed a twin-sharing arrangement with a single bed at one rate, but when I arrived, the price had gone up.
