After we switched rooms, things went smoothly. The new room was clean and comfortable, and the staff had arranged the change without any fuss after we raised an issue with the first room the next day. Anil and Sanjay were especially helpful throughout our stay. They even kept our bags for the whole day after checkout, which was really convenient. We had a pleasant stay, and the staff’s care and quick response made it enjoyable. I’d recommend it.

The location is so handy, with good food, music, and the lovely deer park just steps away. The airport is about 20-30 minutes away. I come back whenever I’m in Delhi, and the place is always well kept and clean. Rooms have AC, a private balcony, and a smart TV.

They took an advance payment for a booking that showed as available online, but when I got there, I was told there were no rooms. Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I should have called the POLICE.

That terrace was a lovely place to catch some sun or sunset, and the Greenpark area around this address is nice. A lot of Delhi feels terrible by comparison. We stayed seven nights while waiting for a mandatory travel document for me, and I’d stay here again. I’ve traveled around the world three times, and as a flexible traveler, I found this place a 10/10. If you’re very picky, an above-adequate hotel or homestay might not suit you. The rooms were clean, the showers hot, and the bed super soft. The mattress wasn’t the best, but I slept well every night. Staff cleaned daily, the lift was clean and worked reliably, the air-conditioning was amazing, and the wifi was strong. The outside area was clean too. I think the booking.com and Google ratings should be higher. This is an honest review, and I recommend staying here.
