The sheets had visible stains, and the room smelled foul as soon as I walked in. It felt unhygienic and unsafe to sleep there. Staff were rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping with basic needs. There was no hot water and no drinking water in the room. Despite my confirmed Cleartrip booking, they demanded another ₹1500 when I arrived and refused to give me a receipt for it. There’d been no mention of this extra charge during booking, and it felt like extortion. Hotel Classic Park Near IGI Airport was a dirty, shady, unprofessional place. Avoid it and stay somewhere else.

I booked through booking.com, but when I arrived they said there were no rooms available and told me to go to their sister hotel nearby. It was late, so I had no real choice. The other place was about 200 m away, down a small lane, and the rooms were bad. There was no hot water in the morning, though I got through the night somehow. After I checked in there, they cancelled my original booking on booking.com, so I couldn’t leave a negative review. Fraud everywhere.

The location was okay, but the room was very dirty and parts of the bathroom were broken and not working properly. Be careful about the Agoda price. It showed me 500 rupees, then charged another 800 in tax when I arrived. That feels like a scam. Check all the charges before booking.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The bedroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and was very dirty. The bathroom smelled unpleasant and was in terrible shape. The hygiene and cleanliness were disappointing throughout.

The only good part is how close it is to the airport. The rooms are old and unclean, the sheets were dirty, and the toilets weren’t clean either. They gave us tap water and the service was poor. We booked through Goibibo, then were charged an extra 699 as city tax when we arrived. Worst hotel experience.
