We booked two rooms for 12 days, but from the very first day there was no water and management did nothing about it. The rooms weren’t cleaned, and the bedspreads weren’t changed either. Staff behaved terribly and told us to leave and find another hotel. I’d never consider staying here.

Don’t let the room photos persuade you. The staff were rude, didn’t know how to welcome guests, and seemed unwilling to do their jobs despite their handsome salaries. Staying here was horrible, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel even in an emergency.

I left just a few hours after checking in because the place was so unhygienic. The rooms were filthy, and room service took hours to bring what I ordered. The posted pictures look like Photoshop, and I can’t think of anything good to say about the hotel.

Fab Hotels moved my booking to another hotel, which I’m grateful for. Otherwise, I’d have been wandering around trying to find somewhere to stay because the people here cancelled my online booking after I arrived. I booked online at a reasonable price, but they cancelled bookings one after another and demanded Rs 2500 to rebook in person. They seemed to count on guests being new to the area or having nowhere else to go, especially people with exams or an emergency. The reception person put on quite an act while cancelling bookings and defending the inflated price for this badly located property. It’s down a narrow GALI in a busy motor market, surrounded by old tyres, auto scrap, garages, and plenty of Kachda. I’ve attached pictures of the area. Charging Rs2500 a night for a place and location like that is ridiculous. The night before exams, online bookings apparently become too cheap for the hotel to honour. That’s how a Rs600 room ends up being offered for Rs2500. The hypocrisy is staggering. I wish there were a zero-star option.
