My parents came away extremely happy after staying at Hotel Heritage Inn during their visit to Kashi Vishwanath Dham. They felt safe and well looked after because the staff were kind, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the food was freshly made and delicious. The Jain food was especially reassuring for them, prepared with care and tasting excellent. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend this hotel to families and senior citizens visiting Varanasi.

The hotel felt peaceful and relaxing, with clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant was clean too, and had a good range of fresh, tasty food. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we asked for something. It was a satisfying stay, and I’d recommend it.

The staff really went out of their way for us. Our flight was late and the hotel was fully booked, but they still gave us a room to freshen up and prioritized getting it cleaned for our short use. We appreciated that hospitality, and the food was good too. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Assi Ghat, with the famous Pehalwan Lassi shop just steps away.

The room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had the necessary amenities. The hotel was peaceful, and the food was great, with quick, attentive service. Check-in was smooth and comfortable thanks to the welcoming, courteous staff. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its comfort and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, the staff cooperative, and the food was good. We had a great time at Hotel heritage Inn, with great service overall. Special thanks to Ankit ji and Ashim Ji for helping us with local sightseeing and touring. I’d gladly come back.
