Don’t judge by the pictures. The place is really old, the rooms are dirty, and right now nothing is working.

The surrounding area isn’t very good, and there weren’t enough staff. Cleaning was inadequate, and basic things like towels weren’t available. The rooms were in poor condition, with the telephone and heater not working.

There are several room options, including dormitory beds, single rooms, and double rooms. The dormitory has upper and lower beds; single rooms are 10×10 and doubles are 10×15. Bedding is cozy, water is available, and the stay is comfortable for a reasonable price. A star off for the lack of proper CCTV monitoring, which I hope they fix.

There’s a beautiful lake just across from the hotel. The beds are soft and comfortable, the AC works well, and staff are very cooperative. It’s a good budget option in BHUj, close to the railway station, market, and airport. Food is available downstairs 24 hours a day, and there are sharing beds for backpackers.
