The night was so unpleasant I couldn’t sleep properly. The hotel and room were dirty, the bed cover had dark tea stains, and the toilets were filthy. The geyser didn’t work, water barely came through in the washroom, and they provided no towel or hot water despite my calling staff at least 10 times. The location wasn’t good either. I booked online through Fabhotel because I trusted the booking and the good reviews. I stayed for one night only because I felt I had to. The staff were very unprofessional. If you visit Dehradun, don’t step into this pathetic hotel.

Being alone in a new city at 2 pm and suddenly left without a room was horrible. I had paid for an online booking in advance, but when I reached the hotel they refused it, saying they had no tie-up with OYO. I immediately contacted OYO support to get the issue sorted, but they didn’t offer a proper solution and hung up on me. After this experience, I wouldn’t book OYO hotels in advance.

The booking situation made it a bit difficult at first, but after that the staff were understanding and good. The food and service were good too, and everything was satisfying.

Cockroaches were crawling around the beds and blankets. The room cleaning was awful, and the staff weren’t cooperative. Leaving the place felt like escaping a nightmare. The worst place to stay.
