The rooftop restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the food, and the restaurant staff were helpful. Breakfast had limited choices, but everything we tried was tasty. We booked two rooms for two nights, and the hotel staff were accommodating. Our rooms were neat and clean, service was quick, and the hospitality was far better than I expected. It felt worth what we paid.

At check-in on 4 March, they first asked for my ID, then told me to cancel because they wouldn’t let me in wearing Holi clothes covered in gulal. I kept asking what the issue was, but he wouldn’t explain and kept insisting I cancel. He also said my room was at a higher price because I’d booked through a Holi offer. If you can’t honor bookings made with an offer, don’t advertise one. And if Holi clothes aren’t allowed, that should be stated on the site. The way I was treated was really rude. Worst experience ever.

The rooftop restaurant had really nice food, and my guests were very happy with it. The staff were good too. The place gave me that home away from home feeling.
